This Privacy Policy explains how EntityNext Technologies(“EntityNext”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the ProcNext website and platform. It is a working draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel and localized for each jurisdiction you operate in before launch.
This policy covers the ProcNext marketing website and demo-request forms. Use of the ProcNext application is additionally governed by the agreement in place with your organization. Where ProcNext processes data on behalf of a customer organization, that organization is the data controller and we act as a processor under their instructions.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics and advertising storage are disabled by default; they are enabled only if you accept analytics cookies through our consent banner, in line with Google Consent Mode. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing the site's stored consent in your browser and reloading the page. Essential cookies needed for the site to function are always active.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries and demo requests, to provide and secure the website and platform, to communicate relevant product information, and to understand and improve how the site performs. We do not sell personal information.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for analytics cookies and marketing communications); our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the site, and to respond to business enquiries); and the performance of a contract (to provide services you or your organization have requested).
We share information with service providers who help us operate the site and platform — including hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, for transfers of personal data.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for example, to follow up on a demo request, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes — and then delete or anonymize it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information appropriately.
ProcNext is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
